Thank you for shopping with Kris Joie! Each order supports original, handmade artwork created with care. Below you’ll find important information about how and when your order will be processed and shipped.

By placing an order on krisjoie.com, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing Time

Because many Kris Joie items are handmade or produced in small batches, processing times vary by product type:

✅ Ready-to-Ship Items

Includes:

  • Art prints

  • Greeting cards

  • Polymer clay jewelry

  • Small ready-made home décor items

Processing Time:
Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after payment is received.

✅ Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Includes:

  • Custom artwork

  • Custom upholstery

  • Personalized pieces

Processing Time:
These items require additional creation time. Estimated timelines will be provided before work begins and confirmed in writing. Production times may range from 2–8 weeks or longer, depending on the project.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using reputable carriers such as:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Shipping method options and pricing will be displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Chosen shipping method

Promotional or flat-rate shipping offers may be available at select times and will be clearly stated.

4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

5. International Shipping (If Offered)

If international shipping is available at the time of purchase:

  • Delivery times vary widely by destination

  • The customer is responsible for all customs fees, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

  • These charges are not refundable

Kris Joie is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (when available). Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Kris Joie is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at info@krisjoie.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • Kris Joie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

  • If a package is delayed, please allow additional delivery time before contacting us.

  • If your package appears lost, contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Email info@krisjoie.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the item and original packaging

We will review your claim and determine if a replacement, repair, or refund is appropriate in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.

10. Shipping for Custom Upholstery & Large Items

Shipping for furniture and large upholstery projects will be:

  • Quoted separately

  • Based on:

    • Size

    • Weight

    • Distance

    • Special handling requirements

Local pickup or local delivery options may be available by arrangement.

11. Holiday & Peak Season Delays

During holidays, sales events, or peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.
