All Kris Joie products are handmade. Variations in color, texture, size, and finish are a natural part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
✅ Color Accuracy
We do our best to display product colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display colors perfectly.
✅ Jewelry Disclaimer
All polymer clay jewelry is handcrafted and lightweight. Jewelry should be handled with care and kept away from excessive heat, chemicals, and water.
✅ Custom Upholstery & Commissions
Custom orders and upholstery services are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the custom nature of these services, cancellations after work has begun are not refundable.
✅ Digital Products (if applicable)
All digital downloads are non-refundable due to the nature of instant delivery.
✅ Limited Quantities
We reserve the right to limit quantities, restrict sales by region, and discontinue any product at any time.
